How to upgrade commander
You can check all your commanders in the commander list with the "Bar"
buildings.Then you can click the icon in the upper left corner of every commander.
In next interface you can see the information of the commander,and you can click the
"Upgrade" button into the upgrading interface. You can eat other commander cards to
upgrade the commander you choose in that interface.
The Effect of Command Center upgrading
Upgrading the Commander Center unlocks new buildings and allows you to upgrade
your existing buildings even further!
The building shop
You can just click the iron on the left bottom of the base page to open the building
shop. Then you can see the buildings list. There is 3 types of buildings on the list, you
can update your Commander Center to build more buildings. And you can just click the
blank of base page to exit the shop base.
When there is a number on the shop iron, it means that you can build buildings with
corresponding number.
Uranium
l.Get Uranium: You can get the Uranium resource from the high level enemy. If you
join an alliance,you also can get it from the Alliance Battle.
2. Use Uranium: When you want to upgrade some high level buildings ,you need
Uranium to upgrade.
How to upgrade the buildings?
The "up arrow" iron in one building means that you can update the building as it meets
the requirements of upgrading. Then you could just tap on the buildings and choose
the iron to upgrade your buildings. But buildings will not work while they are being
upgraded. This means that Mines and Oils Pumps won’t generate resources and so
on...

Use any hex editor apps that are available for android and change the value of HEX Dword to any amount you want.

If the codes doesn't work, it is possible that your android version is not compatible with the code I provided above.
Fortunately you can do it manually! To do it manually, just use search function in your hex editor app, enter your current Money and Gold value in Battle Alert 2 and search for it (choose DWORD) .
If you see a small list of results, example 10. Just edit the value of them one by one until you can find the real HEX!
If you see a large list of results, you need to change the value of current Money and Gold value in Battle Alert 2 by either consuming them or adding them. Go back to the list and find your new current Money and Gold value in Battle Alert 2 to the large list and finally you can edit the value.
