You need to turn to the Blacksmith and give him some rum. In exchange he will help your units to become even more powerful.
How to build a Blacksmith:
Click the toolbox -> Choose Support -> Choose Blacksmith.
How to do the upgrade:
- Click the Blacksmith.
- Click the hammer.
- Choose the unit and what you want to train (Health/Speed/Damage)
-> Confirm the upgrade!
HOW DO I UPGRADE MY BUILDINGS?
If you have enough gold, you can see a green arrow above the building.
- Tap the building.
- The green arrow shows how much gold is needed for the upgrade. Tap it!
- Confirm the upgrade from down right corner, pressing the green V.
If you want to finish the upgrade instantly, click the building again and click the purple button with white arrow to use skulls for the insta-finish.
"WHAT ARE COIN PRESS WORK ORDERS?"
You can access Coin Press Work Orders by clicking the Coin Press and then tapping "!". You will see a bunch a new kind of missions.
Sometimes the captain needs a bit of rest, but you still need to have that gold. So what you can do is that you send your crew to do some raiding for you. You need to pay them a bit, but when they return, they will bring you some gold.
This means that you buy currency X with currency Y and wait for a certain time. It is a way for non end game players to convert excess rum into gold & some skulls.
So Y+Time=X
(Rum+Time=Gold)
or
Y+Time=X+Z
(Rum+Time=Gold+Skulls)
"HOW DO I GET MORE DEFENSE POINTS?"
You get more defense points each time the next upgrade of your pirate mansion is finished.
MY UNITS DIE AT THE WALLS!
This is probably due to the fact that the enemy has placed his towers so that they are killing your units before you manage to get through walls.
A good idea is to destroy defensive towers as much as you can before bringing any weaker units to the walls.
WHERE IS MY LIGHTHOUSE?
Your light house can be found from the upper right corner of your stronghold. Tap the orange/blue ruins to fix it!
