Bubble Mania takes you on a bubble-popping adventure to defeat the Evil Bubble Wizard and rescue baby critters! This section can teach you the basics of how to play and answer any questions about boosts and other unique features of Bubble Mania.
HOW TO PLAY
How do I pop bubbles?
Match three or more bubbles of the same color to make them pop! Any bubbles hanging off of those will drop, too.
How do I win a level?
To win a level, you need to rescue all of the babies in the level before you run out of bubble ammo. Free them from the bubbles they're trapped in by either popping or dropping them.
What is energy?
It takes 1 energy to play a level. If you earn 2 stars or more on a level, you'll be rewarded with more energy.
What are stars?
You'll be awarded up to 3 stars per level based on how high your score is when you complete that level.
How do I unlock more islands?
You'll need to have a minimum number of stars in order to access more islands. Earn as many stars as you can to unlock more islands and levels!
CONTROLS
How do I throw a bubble?
Tap on the screen to aim and determine where you want to throw your bubble. You can even aim at the walls on the sides to bounce your shots off of them and hit bubbles that are hard to reach with direct shots.
How do I swap bubbles?
Tap on the swap icon (the two arrows pointing in opposite directions at the bottom left part of the game screen) to swap bubbles.
LEVELS
What do bubbles stick to?
After being thrown, bubbles will travel until sticking to either the ceiling or another bubble.
Are some levels longer than others?
Yes, some levels have a higher ceiling than others. Pay attention when a level first begins - you'll be able to see just how tall the entire level is as it scrolls down!
SCORING
How does scoring work?
Each bubble that you pop or drop is worth 10 points.
Each baby that you save is worth 500 points.
Extra points are rewarded for special actions like clearing obstacle bubbles or getting pop and drop bonuses.
What are pop bonuses and drop bonuses?
Pop and drop bonuses are additional points which are awarded when you create a streak of matches with 3 or more consecutive bubble throws. If you throw a bubble and bubbles don't pop, your bonuses won't be as high. Maintain long streaks to get really high scores!
What happens when all of the babies in a level are saved?
Any bubbles remaining in the level drop off of the ceiling. Additionally, any bubbles you have remaining in your queue will be thrown up and you'll receive extra bonus points for each!
BOOSTS
What are boosts?
Boosts are powerups that you can purchase that will help you beat levels and get higher scores.
Where can I get boosts?
Boosts can be purchased at the pre-game level screen (after selecting a level on an island) or during a puzzle in the lower right corner of the game screen. Tap a boost to read about what it does and the option to purchase one.
What are the effects of boosts?
To find out the effects of all the different boosts available, go to the pre-game level screen (after selecting a level on an island) and tap on the "i" icon.
I'm so close to beating a level! How do I buy boosts at the end of a level?
If you run out of bubbles before completing a level, you'll have a chance to buy a few more bubbles to help you win.
Or if you hit a Doom bubble, you'll have an opportunity to undo your last shot and keep playing by buying the Rewind boost.
How can I get more gems and coins?
On the map screen, there are + buttons that you can tap to add more gems and coins.
GOALS
Where can I find my goals?
On the level select screen, the goals menu at the bottom lists all the goals you have available for that island.
Are there rewards for completing goals?
Yes, each goal rewards keys. After collecting five keys you can open a treasure chest full of coins and gems! Using pink keys will reward you gems! You can see your current keys by tapping the treasure chest icon in the top left of the map screen.
Bubble Mania Valentine's Day Cheats
Use any hex editor apps that are available for android/iPad/iPhone and change the value of HEX Dword to any amount you want.
Coins HEX a1 a9 b0 fe Dword
If the codes doesn't work, it is possible that your android/iOS version is not compatible with the code I provided above.
Fortunately you can do it manually! To do it manually, just use search function in your hex editor app, enter your current Coins value in Bubble Mania Valentine's Day and search for it (choose DWORD) .
If you see a small list of results, example 10. Just edit the value of them one by one until you can find the real HEX!
If you see a large list of results, you need to change the value of current Coins value in Bubble Mania Valentine's Day by either consuming them or adding them. Go back to the list and find your new current Coins value in Bubble Mania Valentine's Day to the large list and finally you can edit the value.
