Enemy mines are hidden. After taking a hit from a mine a table will show it on the battlefield indicating where the exploded mine was located.
The player should always maximize the visible area from the fog of way so that the cannons can take full advantage of their power. Units can only fire at targets that can be seen.
Minefields are important when preparing defensive lines from the direction that the attack is expected.
It is useful to have repairing units behind the main assault line to quickly mend and repair the damaged units.
Get the radio upgrade for all units as soon as possible so that the commander can help send orders onto the battlefield.
Don't group the tanks too close to each other, spread them out, give them space to maneuver and fire.
Place cannons close to the defensive lines but far enough to keep them safe from incoming attacks.
Infantry is particularly useful against other units which can't fire at them. Heavy Tanks are vulnerable against infantry at long range.
It is recommended to use infantry in Aggressive mode as they will only stop fighting when attacked in this mode.
A vehicles front armor is always stronger than its side armor. After upgrading the Front armor on vehicles it is recommended to upgrade the Turn to attack upgrade as well. This upgrade will allow vehicles to rotate while attacking or defending and face the enemy from the strongest point of armor.
Automatic repairing is very useful when you have a bigger army and you are entering into battles frequently. The Commander can only control the repairing if the upgrade is added.
Upgrading the Minelayer unit will increase the effectiveness of the minefields it can deploy.
Unit with long firing range but short visual range should be combined with long visual range units since it can fire on targets visible by friendly units too. Always maximize the visible territory as your units can only fire in these areas.
Sending multiple units together will move all units as a group at the speed of the slowest unit and will arrive at the destination at the same time. Tapping on the Stop button will make every selected unit stop moving.
In Single player mode, you are given 17 tokens on every campaign to use for upgrades. Each upgrade costs 1 token. Unused tokens can be carried over to the future missions. In multiplayer you are given a token every 40 seconds.
