Gym Instructor
You need to train your gym instructor and level up him/her to unlock new workouts! New workouts are needed for missions and VIP clients.
Don't buy unnecessary items
Unnecessary items like room paints, gym clothes and instructor heads are just for visuals and does nothing. Only buy them if they are needed for missions.
Sell Decorations
You can sell decorations to gain coins. However you can't get them back or purchase them. You can only get decorations when you level up. Just sell decorations if you are currently short at money or needed to buy new gym equipment.
Equipment
More equipment equals avoid waiting and more choices for your clients. Buy two or three sets of the same equipment to avoid waiting but it depends on your budget and the quantity of you're clients.
VIP Clients
You need to prioritize them to gain experience and more importantly to get more bucks. You can buy premium equipment but avoid buying "early buy" equipment. Just level up your gym instructor and you can unlock them.
Use any hex editor apps that are available for android/iPad/iPhone and change the value of HEX Dword to any amount you want.

If the codes doesn't work, it is possible that your android/iOS version is not compatible with the code I provided above.
Fortunately you can do it manually! To do it manually, just use search function in your hex editor app, enter your current Coins value in Dream Gym and search for it (choose DWORD) .
If you see a small list of results, example 10. Just edit the value of them one by one until you can find the real HEX!
If you see a large list of results, you need to change the value of current Coins value in Dream Gym by either consuming them or adding them. Go back to the list and find your new current Coins value in Dream Gym to the large list and finally you can edit the value.
