Fight
Fight starts when you attack a mutant or he attacks you.
Fight will last as long as you or your opponent will not be heared.
Who gets the first attack deals critical damage.
Fight Skill
Increase your skills to increase a chance of critical damage or block hit during a fight.
Also you can increase damage in melee and ranged attacks.
Use any hex editor apps that are available for android and change the value of HEX Dword to any amount you want.

If the codes doesn't work, it is possible that your android version is not compatible with the code I provided above.
Fortunately you can do it manually! To do it manually, increase your score in Outgrowth that is greater than zero. Press pause and use search function in your hex editor app, enter your current Skill Points value in Outgrowth and search for it (choose DWORD). If you see a long list of results, just repeat the process until you get 1 result only.
You can change the Skill Points value to 99 or anything you want.
